WHO WE ARE

Dave Cooper founded Cooper Consulting to provide consulting and legal services to new and expanding businesses in the U.S.  Our focus is on economic development, corporate, real estate and incentives matters. We have represented domestic and international companies in several of the most significant economic development projects in the South and nationally.  We have also represented companies on a variety of corporate and real estate related matters.

Our recent projects include manufacturing plants, technology parks, distribution centers, corporate headquarters, and back-office operations.
